Our inspiring scholarship recipients Dany and Kimsoun have, with our continued financial support, managed to support their families through this extremely difficult COVID period. There have been numerous ‘lockdowns’ in Siem Reap and the streets have been dead, with everything shutdown.

However, schools are now cautiously opening up and both girls will be receiving a few paid hours of work as teacher aids each month.

University lessons have kicked off again after a COVID recess and both Dany and Kimsoun have thrown themselves back in, full-time. They are both over the halfway mark of their teaching degrees and, with your continued support, we will see them successfully complete their degrees in the near future.
